Which Italian regions do you cover?
We cover Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna, Le Marche, Venice, Rome, Tuscany, Puglia, Sicily, Amalfi Coast and Lake Garda.

Are you tours specifically for groups?
No we can also tailor-make holidays for individuals , families and groups of friends with guaranteed departure.

What kind of holidays do you organise?
We organise food and wine tours, cultural, health & wellness, farmhouse breaks, historical, nature, cookery courses, weddings, Hen & Bachelor weekends and sport (cycling , golf, motorsports, rugby and walking) breaks.

Are flights included in the price?
The flights are not included in the price and must be booked separately. We will always endeavour to suggest the nearest airport and most convenient.

Do you organise transfers and are they included in the price?

We do not provide a transfer service to and from British airports, however transfers to and from the airports in Italy can be, and are usually, provided as well as all the transfer from the hotel to the places stated in the tour programme.

Can you organise car hire?
A car hire service can be provided upon request (price on application).

What is included in the price of a group tour?
The price includes all that is stated in the programme details (.pdf) with any exclusions clearly stated beforehand and agreed by the customer themselves upon confirming the holiday booking.

Do we pay a deposit, how much and when?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking the holiday and the full settlement is required 30 days before departure dates.

What if I cancel my holiday?

In case of cancellation please refer to the Terms & Conditions. Late cancellation fees after full settlement apply at the discretion of Genuine Italian Food Tours.

How do I pay for my holiday?
Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Are there any restrictions to the holidays (age, disability, food intolerances/allergies)?
There are no restrictions as such providing we are made fully aware of any medical conditions, mobility requirements or dietary requirements.
